Pre and Post-Surgical Care

As a physical therapist, I have an essential role in preoperative care and assessment to ensure you are prepared mentally and physically for surgery. For post operative care, I will monitor your recovery by controlling pain, watching for infection, and assessing for postoperative complications that may arise.

I provide a dynamic and pro-active approach to your rehabilitation. With both practical and theoretical study in the field of physical therapy, my goal is to get you back on your feet, and functioning fully, as soon as possible.

Certified Dry Needling
Dry needling is a therapeutic technique used by trained providers to alleviate musculoskeletal pain and improve range of motion.
Dr. Clinton Singleton has been a certified dry needler through the Dry Needling institute since March 2025 and has been seeing results in only one session.

Therapeutic Exericse/Balance Training

Therapeutic exercise is one of the tools physical therapists commonly use during patient rehabilitation. This type of exercise helps restore muscular and skeletal function and corrects impairments to reduce your pain and increase flexibility.
Balance training involves doing exercises that strengthen the muscles that help keep you upright, including your legs and core. These kinds of exercises can improve stability and help prevent falls.
6
Manual Therapy
Manual therapy is a skilled hand movement intended to improve tissue extensibility, increase range of motion, induce relaxation, mobilize or manipulate soft tissue and joints, modulate pain, and reduce soft tissue swelling, inflammation, or restriction.
