Meet Our Locally Owned & Operated Team

I am the proud owner of Proactive Physical Therapy and Sports Performance. We are a 100% locally owned and operated family business, right here in Chillicothe. I saw the high demand for outpatient physical therapy and wanted to give back to my rural community. 

I’m a Chillicothe native, having graduate from Chillicothe High School in 2008. I went on to obtain my bachelor’s degree at the University of Central Missouri. In 2016, I graduated from Rockhurst University as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).

After graduation, I began my physical therapy career, working as a Rehabilitation Director in a rural Oklahoma hospital.

After leaving Oklahoma, I became a traveling physical therapist where I had the opportunity to work with a diverse population. I worked directly with orthopedic surgeons, former Olympic athletes, and current professional athletes.

After several years of traveling across the country, I decided to come back to my roots and be close with family. It was shortly after coming back to Chillicothe I decided to open my own clinic.

After opening the clinic in 2024, Clinton received a lot of interest in Dry needling and received his certification in dry needling in March 2025 through the Dry Needling Institute and has been seeing amazing results.
